ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into bite-sized lengths. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat. Add scallops and simmer over medium heat until bubbling. Add pea shoots, stir, and cook briefly until softened.
