INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes (450g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- To taste, tonkatsu sauce
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil (for mixture)
- 2 tbsp salad oil (for breadcrumbs)
Other
- 30g breadcrumbs
- A pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Cut potatoes into cubes, soak in water for 5 minutes, then microwave covered for 3 minutes until soft. Mash them.
Mince the onion finely.
Heat salad oil (for breadcrumbs) in a pan, add breadcrumbs, and stir-fry until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat salad oil (for mixture), add minced pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add minced onion to the pan and cook until translucent. Season with salt and pepper, then mix with mashed potatoes in a bowl.
Spread the mixture into a serving dish, top with crispy breadcrumbs, drizzle tonkatsu sauce, and garnish with parsley.
