- 🍊 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented

- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade sea bream, thinly sliced

- 1 bunch watercress, chopped into 3cm pieces
- 2 sprigs Italian parsley, finely chopped

- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Peel the mandarin oranges and remove the thin membranes.
Cut the watercress into 3cm pieces and finely chop the Italian parsley.
Thinly slice the sashimi-grade sea bream.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil). Add the mandarin oranges, sea bream, watercress, and parsley, then toss gently.
