INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet of sea bream (10 slices)
Vegetables
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp kombu tea powder
- White toasted sesame seeds, as needed
Sesame Sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame paste
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and sea bream. Mix cooked rice with kombu tea powder in a bowl, then transfer to serving bowls.
In a separate bowl, combine sesame paste, soy sauce, and mirin to make the sesame sauce. Toss the sea bream slices in the sauce, then place them on top of the rice bowls. Garnish with shiso leaves and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
