Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of sea bream (160g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Liquids
- 50cc white wine

- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Pat the sea bream fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the onion and remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, making shallow cuts on their surface.
In a frying pan, layer the onion slices, followed by the sea bream fillets, and top with cherry tomatoes. Add white wine, salt, and butter, then heat over medium heat.
Once boiling, cover the pan and steam over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Plate the dish, sprinkle with pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley.
