INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seafood
- 100g sliced squid
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Place cabbage and onion in a pot, add olive oil, water, and a pinch of salt. Cover and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add squid and shrimp, mix lightly, cover again, and steam over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice) and stir. Cook over medium-high heat until the liquid reduces by half. Serve on a plate and sprinkle black pepper.
