- 🦐 100g frozen seafood mix
- 25g pollock roe

- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g chopped cabbage
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Batter
- 🌾 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
Toppings
- To taste okonomiyaki sauce
- To taste mayonnaise
- To taste bonito flakes
- To taste aonori seaweed
ÉTAPES
Chop the cabbage into rough pieces.
Cut the pollock roe into four equal pieces.
Mix flour, dashi powder, and water in a bowl. Add egg, tempura flakes, and cabbage, then mix gently to incorporate air. Add seafood mix and combine.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Spread 2/3 of the batter into a round shape, place pollock roe evenly, and cover with the remaining batter. Cook on medium heat until browned, then flip and sprinkle pizza cheese. Cover and cook on low-medium heat until fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and add toppings: okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and aonori.
