- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and octopus, cooking over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp changes color. Add cherry tomatoes and simmer briefly.
