Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🌾 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain. Julienne the carrot and cucumber.
