- 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
- 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🌱 70g frozen shelled edamame
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp and octopus, cooking over medium heat until the shrimp changes color. Add edamame and simmer briefly.
