INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper or crushed red pepper
Seafood
- 🦐 2 handfuls seafood mix
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until the onion softens.
Add the seafood mix to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add chili pepper or crushed red pepper and stir-fry on high heat.
Add the cooked rice and mix well over medium heat.
Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fry briefly until evenly coated.
Add chopped green onion for extra aroma and serve hot.
