INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seafood
- 🍤 80g frozen peeled shrimp
- 80g frozen sliced squid
- 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 40g red bell pepper (1/4 piece)
- 40g yellow bell pepper (1/4 piece)
- 3 green beans
Herbs & Spices
- To taste fresh basil
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 chili pepper
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add shrimp and squid, cook for 1 minute until done, then drain.
Slice red and yellow bell peppers thinly. Trim green beans and cut diagonally into 3cm pieces. Mince garlic and remove seeds from chili.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat, crack eggs into the pan, and cook to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil with garlic and chili over medium heat until fragrant. Add bell peppers, green beans, shrimp, squid, and octopus, stir-fry briefly.
Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
Serve cooked rice on a plate, top with stir-fried seafood and vegetables, and place the fried egg on top.
