INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 1 block of sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 myoga, thinly sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain. Slice myoga diagonally and julienne the ginger.
Pat the tuna dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna, rolling it to cook evenly until the surface changes color. Remove and cool in ice water. Pat dry and slice into 1cm pieces.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange the onion on a plate, top with tuna slices, myoga, and ginger. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
