- 1/2 bag baby leaf greens
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Wasabi Carpaccio Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Season the tuna with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the wasabi carpaccio sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear the tuna, rolling it to sear all sides until lightly browned. Let it cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange baby leaf greens and seared tuna on a plate. Drizzle with the prepared sauce.
