INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade yellowtail
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g thinly sliced onion
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water to remove bitterness. Drain well.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the yellowtail for about 20 seconds on each side until lightly browned. Remove and cool in ice water. Slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Arrange the onion on a plate, followed by the yellowtail slices. Garnish with green onion and drizzle ponzu sauce over the top.
