INGRÉDIENTS
Cookie Dough
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 🥛 35g milk
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 10g sugar
- 🧂 2g salt
- 2g baking powder
- 20g grapeseed oil
- 4g seaweed
Sugar Syrup
- 💧 30g water
- 🧂 120g sugar
ÉTAPES
Sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and crumbled seaweed into a bowl and mix well.
In a measuring cup, combine the egg, grapeseed oil, and milk, and mix thoroughly.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients using a spatula until a dough forms.
Roll the dough to a thickness of 5mm and cut into 4-5cm pieces.
Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake at 175-180°C for 12-15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before proceeding to the syrup step.
Prepare the sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water on low heat until it simmers.
Coat the baked cookies in the sugar syrup and stir until white sugar crystals form.
