- 🍚 3 servings of cooked rice
- 1 cup of soaked seaweed
- 15 Vienna sausages
- 1 eggplant
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1/4 zucchini
- 🧅 1 onion
- A small amount of baby greens
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare vegetables by chopping them into small pieces. Soak the seaweed in water, then blanch it in hot water for 30 seconds, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out the excess water.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry all the prepared ingredients quickly over high heat to remove the seaweed's fishy smell.
When the onion turns translucent, add cooked rice and 2 tbsp of oyster sauce. Mix well and stir-fry until evenly combined.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
