- 🍗 200g chicken neck meat
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasonings
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Pepper, as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Cut the chicken neck meat into bite-sized pieces.
Place aluminum foil on a flat surface and layer the mushrooms and chicken neck meat on top.
Add butter and seasonings (sake, soy sauce, salt, pepper) on top, then wrap tightly into foil packets. Prepare two packets.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan, add water to a depth of 1cm, and heat over medium heat. Cover with a lid and steam for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
