INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken breast
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Adequate amount of salad oil
Coating
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp powdered cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken breast into stick shapes and place in a container. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and grated garlic, then massage and let sit for 15 minutes.
Place consomme powder in a container and crush it finely.
Mix the powdered cheese, dried basil, consomme, sugar, and salt and pepper together.
Put all-purpose flour and potato starch into a plastic bag, seal it, and shake to mix. Add the chicken pieces and coat them evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the coated chicken until golden brown.
While still warm, place the fried chicken into the seasoning mix and toss to coat evenly.
