Essential Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 sausages, sliced
- 5 strips bacon
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 chili, chopped
- 500g tomato sauce
- 🥛 180g milk
- 🧀 30g mozzarella cheese
- 5 basil leaves
ÉTAPES
Chop the sausage, bacon, mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and chili, and finely chop the onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add garlic, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, and chili to the pan. Stir-fry until cooked, then add butter.
Pour in tomato sauce and milk, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add eggs and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Once the eggs are semi-cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with basil leaves.
