INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 300g ground beef
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- A small amount of celery
- 🌱 1 handful of cooked peas
- 🥔 1 large potato
- 1-2 green chilies
Dairy
- 🥛 A small amount of milk
- 🧈 A small amount of butter
- 🧀 Pizza cheese, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 A small amount of salt
- A small amount of pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
Chop vegetables into large pieces and finely dice them using a knife or food processor. Slice chilies thinly.
Heat a pan and add ground beef without oil. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and a pinch of ginger powder. Stir-fry until water is released from the beef.
Drain the water from the beef, then add 2 tbsp olive oil, diced onion, carrot, and chilies. Stir-fry on high heat.
Add Worcestershire sauce (or a mix of soy sauce and vinegar) to the beef and vegetables. Stir well.
Add cooked peas to the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the potato into large chunks, place in a bowl with water, and microwave until soft. Mash the cooked potato with 1 tbsp butter and 3-4 tbsp milk.
Layer the cooked beef and vegetable mixture in an oven-safe dish.
Top the beef mixture with mashed potatoes.
Cover the mashed potatoes with a generous amount of pizza cheese. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
