ÉTAPES
Cut off the tough stems of the shiitake mushrooms and separate the caps and stems. Tear the stems into smaller pieces.
Cut the cheese slices into thirds lengthwise and fold each piece in half.
In a bowl, mix the torn shiitake stems, canned corn, and soy sauce to create the filling.
Place aluminum foil on a baking tray. Arrange the shiitake caps with the inner side facing up. Divide the filling evenly among the caps and top each with a folded cheese slice. Bake in a toaster oven for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
