- 1/3 tsp yuzu pepper
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and separate the caps and stems. Cut the caps into quarters and tear the stems into bite-sized pieces. Place the mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the yuzu pepper, salt, vinegar, and sesame oil. Add the microwaved mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
