- 200g prepared shijimi clams
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Vegetables
- 🧅 5cm white part of green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
ÉTAPES
Slice the white part of the green onion into thin rounds.
In a pot, add shijimi clams, sake, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Skim off any foam or impurities.
Add wakame and green onion to the pot. Stir gently and cook for about 2 minutes until the shijimi clams open.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust as needed.
