    • 1/3 stalk green onion

    • 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds

Cut the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Pat the fried tofu lightly with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Place it on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and toast in a toaster until golden brown. Cut it in half horizontally and then into 1cm wide strips.

Place the shimeji mushrooms and green onion in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain lightly.

Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, ground sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add the microwaved vegetables and tofu, then mix gently.
