ÉTAPES
Trim the root ends of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Trim the root ends of the pea sprouts and cut them into thirds.
Place the shimeji mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (chicken stock powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper) with the pea sprouts and cooked shimeji mushrooms.
