Vegetable
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Protein
- 🐟 70g canned tuna
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Oil
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Place the shimeji mushrooms and canned tuna in a microwave-safe container, season with salt and pepper, mix, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Add sake, sugar, and salt, and mix again.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until semi-cooked. Add the shimeji and tuna mixture on top, fold the omelette in half, and shape it. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
