INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 6 slices thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 150g grated daikon
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut off the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Grate the daikon.
Lay out one slice of pork belly, sprinkle with salt and pepper, lightly coat with potato starch, and place 1/6 of the shimeji mushrooms on top. Roll from the edge to create a wrap. Repeat for all 6 slices.
Mix the grated daikon and ponzu sauce in a bowl.
Place the pork wraps seam-side down in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Pour the daikon ponzu mixture over the wraps and garnish with chopped green onion.
