Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
Main Ingredients
- 80g shirasu (whitebait)
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 5 shiso leaves, shredded
- 🧂 To taste soy sauce
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tsp white miso
- 🧂 A dash of soy sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Remove the pit from the avocado and dice it into bite-sized pieces. Shred the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, ground white sesame, white miso, soy sauce, and sugar). Add the avocado and toss to coat evenly.
Serve warm rice in bowls. Top with shirasu, the seasoned avocado, and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and shredded shiso leaves. Add soy sauce to taste before serving.
