INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 40g shirasu (whitebait)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 600ml water
- to taste white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion thinly after cutting it lengthwise.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it lightly.
Add all seasoning ingredients (water, salt, dashi powder) into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the cooked white rice and green onion. Simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Pour the whisked egg into the pot and cook until the egg sets to your desired consistency. Add the shirasu and mix briefly. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
