ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix them. Add boiled shirasu, chopped green onion, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to create the egg mixture.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently while cooking until it reaches a semi-cooked consistency. Fold the omelette in half to form a half-moon shape.
