ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the mini tomatoes in half and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Poke holes across the frozen puff pastry sheet using a fork and cut it into 16 equal pieces.
Place the pastry pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush each piece with milk and top with shirasu, mini tomatoes, and basil paste.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
