- 🥬 150g spinach

- 1 tsp white toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut off the spinach roots and chop into 3cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
