- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (green part), sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add dried shirasu and stir-fry to remove moisture. Add cooked rice and stir-fry until it becomes fluffy.
Push the rice to one side of the pan. Add beaten eggs to the empty space and stir-fry until semi-cooked. Mix the eggs with the rice, then add green onion and soy sauce. Stir-fry until evenly combined.
