- 2 pieces of fried tofu
- 50g of shirasu (whitebait)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
ÉTAPES
Heat a frying pan and place the fried tofu in it. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add sesame oil to the frying pan and heat it. Add the shirasu and stir-fry over medium heat until crispy. Arrange the fried tofu on a plate, top with the hot shirasu, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and drizzle soy sauce over the dish.
