INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
- 30g dried shirasu
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant. Add dried shirasu and stir over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add spaghetti, reserved pasta water, salt, and pepper to the pan. Quickly stir to combine.
Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped green onion.
