- 2 tsp salad oil
- 2 tsp vinegar

ÉTAPES
Dice the bell peppers and tomato. Place the bell peppers in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add the diced tomato and all the seasonings to the container with the bell peppers. Mix well to combine and serve.
