- 40g shirasu for sauce
- 10g shirasu for topping

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and garlic.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the pan, mix well, and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the shirasu for the sauce.
