Meat
- 🐖 150g pork belly (sliced)
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 300g shirataki noodles (pre-rinsed)
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥬 80g cabbage (2 leaves)
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc unsweetened soy milk
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 💧 400cc water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by slicing pork belly, rinsing shirataki noodles, and chopping vegetables.
Heat salad oil and sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add pork belly and shrimp to the pan, cooking until lightly browned.
Add bean sprouts, cabbage, and shimeji mushrooms to the pan, stir-frying until softened.
Pour in water, chicken stock powder, salt, oyster sauce, and grated garlic to create the soup base.
Add shirataki noodles and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in unsweetened soy milk and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your Shirataki Noodle Chanpon-style dish.
