INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
- 1 pack shirataki (180g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Drain the shirataki and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the mentaiko into 1cm wide pieces.
Place shirataki in a pot with enough water to cover them. Heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat the shirataki in a frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the moisture evaporates. Add salad oil and stir until the oil is absorbed.
Add sake, soy sauce, and mentaiko to the pan. Stir and break apart the mentaiko as you mix everything together.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
