Protein
- 100g ground pork
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 1 bag (180g) shirataki noodles
- 40g mizuna
- 🧅 1/5 bunch green onion
Toppings
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1g shredded nori
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp garlic paste
ÉTAPES
Heat 1 tsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add ground pork and stir-fry until cooked through.
Mix sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic paste in a small bowl.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan with the pork and stir well.
Blanch shirataki noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.
Add shirataki noodles to the pan and mix with the pork and sauce.
Plate the noodles and pork mixture, then top with mizuna, green onion, bonito flakes, nori, and a raw egg.
