Mentaiko Butter Sauce
- 40g mentaiko (1/2 sac)
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧈 1 tsp salted butter
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Rinse shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
In a small bowl, mix mentaiko, mayonnaise, butter, and lemon juice until smooth.
Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté shirataki noodles for 2–3 minutes.
Add the mentaiko butter sauce to the pan and stir until noodles are evenly coated.
Sprinkle chili powder on top and serve warm.
