- 💧 150 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the shirona into 4 cm pieces after removing the root ends.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it in half horizontally and slice into 2 cm wide strips.
In a pot, combine all the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Add the shirona and aburaage, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir gently.
