    • 🧂 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 🌰 suitable amount of white sesame seeds

Divide the cooked rice into 6 portions and place 1/6 of the pizza cheese in the center of each portion. Shape into oval onigiri. Repeat for all 6 portions.

Place a shiso leaf on the edge of each pork slice, then place the onigiri on top and wrap tightly. Coat the wrapped onigiri with all-purpose flour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and arrange the wrapped onigiri. Cook until golden brown on all sides and the pork is fully cooked. Remove from the pan.

Add soy sauce and sugar to the pan and bring to a boil. Return the cooked onigiri to the pan and coat evenly with the sauce. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving.
