ÉTAPES
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, peel, and dice into 1cm cubes. Toss with lemon juice in a bowl.
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp using a toothpick, rinse under water, and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil water in a pot, add the shrimp, and cook until they change color. Drain and let cool.
Mix cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then add mayonnaise and mix. Add avocado, shrimp, salt, and pepper, and gently combine.
