- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Slice the cooked shrimp in half lengthwise. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and slice thinly.
Soften the rice paper sheets in lukewarm water. Place shrimp, avocado slices, and halved cream cheese evenly on each sheet. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom.
Mix sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise in a small container. Serve as a dipping sauce for the spring rolls.
