- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

ÉTAPES
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the avocado, boiled shrimp, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Crumple a piece of aluminum foil slightly and place it on a baking tray. Place the avocado skins on top and evenly divide the mixture into the skins. Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
