- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g chopped cabbage
- 🥑 1 diced avocado

- 🥚 2 eggs
- 💧 100ml water
- 🌾 100g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Chop the cabbage into coarse pieces. Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes. Boil water in a pot, add peeled shrimp, cook until they turn white, drain, and cut into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix eggs and water. Add flour and salt, then mix until smooth. Fold in cabbage, shrimp, and avocado to create the batter.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat. Pour half of the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until fully done. Serve on a plate and drizzle with mayonnaise.
