- 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/3 green onion, sliced
Protein
- 🍤 10 shrimp, cleaned
- 🥚 2 eggs
Condiments
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash bean sprouts under running water and drain.
Clean shrimp and marinate with 1 tbsp mirin and a pinch of pepper.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt until smooth.
Mix 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp minced garlic to prepare the sauce.
Slice green onion and onion into thin pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and scramble the beaten eggs. Set aside.
Heat another 2 tbsp cooking oil in the pan and sauté green onion and onion.
Add marinated shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add bean sprouts, scrambled eggs, and prepared sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until combined.
Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.
