- 1/2 tbsp of sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of curry powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the broccoli into small florets, halving the larger ones. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water and a pinch of salt. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain off any excess water.
Place the peeled shrimp in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and 1/2 tbsp of sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain off any excess water.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and curry powder. Add the cooked broccoli and shrimp, then toss to coat evenly.
